Right of withdrawal
Note:
There is no legal right of return. The following conditions therefore apply exclusively as a voluntary gesture of goodwill from Motiontrail c/o appFabrik AG.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns of products that are in their original and unopened condition.
The product must not have been used or opened and must be in its undamaged original packaging.
Sealed products may only be returned if the seal is undamaged and unopened.
2. Return Period
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The period begins on the day the order was delivered.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email or via the contact form on our website.
The return address will be provided to you after you contact us.
You, as the buyer, will bear the costs for the return, unless the product was defective from the outset or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a partial amount if the product does not arrive in its original, unopened condition.
5. Exclusions from Returns
Excluded from returns are:
- opened or used products
- products with damaged original packaging
- personalized products or custom-made items
6. Warranty Claims
Should the delivered product be defective or not correspond to the described properties, please contact our customer service immediately.
In such cases, the statutory warranty rights naturally apply. The return costs will be covered by us in this case.
